“You’re Probably Experiencing The Physical Symptoms of Stress Right Now”
Prolonged stress is the cause of ALL physical symptoms. All physical symptoms of stress include anything you can think of. The sooner you finally learn the truth, the sooner you can start taking control of your life. The sooner you can finally feel healthy and young again.
So if you get a cold or flu, it’s due to stress. If you suffer from poor sleep it’s always due to your stress levels. Not too much caffeine. Anywhere there is a constitutional weakness in the body, that’s where disease, discomfort, or pain will show up. In your body. It’s different for everyone, because it depends on where your individual weaknesses are.
This is because you CAN’T separate body, mind, and spirit. So, if you often think negative thoughts, you’ll generate negative feelings. If you keep this up over a long time, these in turn determine how your body feels. How you feel physically is always a reminder of your emotional state. It’s a reflection of your stress levels.
You may not think so, but that IS the problem. Too much thinking without being in touch with your feelings erodes your health. It’s proven over and over again. On the other hand, consciously generating positive thoughts will always make you feel better. Feeling good therefore must become a priority.
BECAUSE the body NEVER lies! Yes, there’s a lot of denial out there. The denial is reinforced by the prevalent pill popping out there. Many people will tell you they are happy and yet they suffer from some pretty awful disease and pain. Often they say they’re feeling just fine, but many bad things have happened and they haven’t been able to release the trauma of what happened to them. And it usually happened years, even decades ago. The evidence is always in the physical symptoms of stress. Sound like you? Will you admit it to yourself?
That’s the beginning of healing! The following list is how stress affects health. Here are some very common physical symptoms of stress:

You see, your emotional state and how you deal with stress is what determines how healthy you are. You’re either repressing the negative feelings from whatever experiences you’ve had or are going through or you’re expressing them in a negative way. You feel pain or discomfort in order to wake YOU UP to the real issues at hand. So covering it up by popping pills doesn’t work. Instead I’ll also give you some tools later to work your way through the stress.
Your prolonged positive emotional state sets you up for ease and grace. Your prolonged negative emotional state sets you up for a life of pain and disease. Pain is a part of life, but suffering is optional. The body is the last place for discomfort to be felt. The physical symptoms of stress only occur when you haven’t dealt with emotional and/or spiritual blockages. You know you have blockages when you feel struggle and negative emotions that just won’t go away.
