Today we’re talking about what and how to eat to heal your concussion. This is important because while we are ill or injured we need to get more intense and conscious about what we put into our bodies.

Food matters. I know you know that, but what you don’t know is how it affects healing your concussion. So in my video I explain some of the things you can do to eat to heal your concussion. Since we’re talking about the brain, a brain injury often creates headaches, confusion and fogginess. You need more clarity and less pain. You need to eat consciously more than ever.
So in today’s video I discuss three different points so that you can eat to heal your concussion:
1. How food affects how you feel
2. Why you must keep warm during recovery
3. How to get more clarity with this simple trick
You’re going to benefit just by making some very simple changes to your diet. It’s not only what you eat that matters, but how you prepare your food and also what condition the food is in when you eat it. It all matters. So some small changes will help you.
Again, a concussion is also about mental confusion that already existed around the time of your concussion. There was already a lack of mental clarity. Something has happened to cause confusion and a lack of direction.
Please take heart. All is not over. There is hope for you. You can recover from a brain injury just like you can from most other injuries in your body.
But you must always be willing to be open-minded and open to new solutions or you will literally stay stuck in an old wounded brain.
