According to many sports medicine doctors, hairline fractures are among some of the most difficult injuries to heal. They’re also called stress fractures.
They’re tiny little fractures as the word hairline suggests, that are hard to see. You can barely make them out in an x-ray. When they happen in the feet, where they usually occur, they are VERY painful.
Hairline fractures are difficult to heal because most conventional sports doctors recommend RICE. That’s a big part of the problem right there. RICE stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. It’s the old standby for treating all sports injuries but that’s the reason it takes so long to heal if they ever heal at all!
Watch the video to get my remedy which is far more proactive and quicker than just waiting around for it to heal.
Here’s a summary of what’s in the video:
- Find in a Chinatown near you or a certified acupuncturist or Traditional Chinese Medical doctor a product called “Zheng Gu Shui.” This literally means “Knit Bone Water.” And that’s precisely what it does. I show you what the product looks like.
- “Zheng Gu Shui” increases circulation and helps regenerate bone. This is without a doubt one of the most powerful liniments available in Chinese medicine. It is especially effective for deep bone bruises and hairline fractures.
- If you’re using RICE, stop it NOW.
- Zheng Gu Shui is a warming liquid. So take special care if you have fair or delicate skin. Prolonged contact could cause blistering or irritation. However, if you can get past this, this liniment is one of the most effective available.
Note: This liniment is flammable and stains clothing.
I demonstrate in the video how you can use “Zheng Gu Shui.” Here are the steps summarized:
- Soak a piece of gauze in the liniment.
- Place it over the injury.
- Cover the gauze with plastic wrap, making it as airtight as possible, but don’t wrap so tightly to restrict circulation!
- Zheng Gu Shui should heat up the injured area.
- Sit tight. Leave it on 20 -30 minutes, then remove the gauze and discard.
Even if you have more sensitive skin, you can still do this. Just do it for a shorter amount of time. Or rub some on several times a day.
Stop if irritation gets too much for you – you decide if that’s how you feel.
I always say that accidents don’t happen, so when you can’t walk because of pain or injury, there’s something going on in your life that is stopping you from literally moving forward in your life. Think about this deeply and dig it out of your mind and then take positive constructive action on the problem you face. If you ignore it, no amount of physical intervention is going to completely remedy the hurt.
Take the necessary measures to take back control of your life so that you do move forward again. I assure you that this is a temporary condition.
That’s it. Time to take positive constructive action on your hairline fractures.

We cannot afford to wait for MDs to catch up! I have to become the advocate the activist doctor because no one else is ready to step in. With the tragic murder-suicide of McCann Utu Jr due to inept “management” of his Post Concussion Syndrome, it is paramount that we must do things differently. No more lives so needlessly lost!
