Antibiotics mean “anti-life”, at least when it comes to bacteria, those little one-cell organisms that modern medicine fears so much. However they’ve become anti-life for people too, since we are now in an antibiotic-resistant world. And still doctors keep prescribing them and people still keep taking them like candy.
“Antibiotics strong enough to kill off gut bacteria can also stop the growth of new brain cells in the hippocampus, a section of the brain associated with memory”, reports a study in mice published May 19 in Cell Reports. When I first heard of this study, I was intrigued. I was surprised and not surprised, if you know what I mean.
In this video I describe the research findings and then give you a proactive prescription of my own.
Watch the video:
Germs or bacteria have been around longer than we have. And they are everywhere. EVERYWHERE. They’re inside our bodies, on our bodies, on every surface imaginable. We usually live with them very happily or at least indifferently until they raise their little heads and make us sick.
Colds. Flus. And much worse.
But does it have to be this way?
In my video I talk about how we can be proactive and avoid not only antibiotics but also the scourge of infection. We don’t need to be afraid of these one-cell organisms. We are higher beings you know. We happen to be higher beings made of specialized groups of one-cell organisms.
You must keep your body clean, from the inside out. In my line of work, it is ALWAYS about keeping yourself clean from the inside out. You want your internal environment to be slightly alkaline. Because bacteria love acidic environments. How did you get this way?
Eating these foods on a daily basis:
- White sugar
- White flour
- White table salt
- Dairy products (bovine)
- Pork products (white meat, I explain why in the video!)
- heavily processed foods (toxic chemicals)
I explain the part about pork in the video. Just let me say that there is research that supports why pork is just plain bad for you!
You have mucous in your body. A certain amount is good for you. But when you have a LOT of it (acidic), then you will or have fall ill. Definitely. This is a very hospitable environment for bacteria. They’re going along their happy way and they come across a jack-pot of delicious F O O D and they gorge and multiply, on and on.
In order to create a less inviting place for them do these things too:
- Eat 5 or more servings of lightly cooked vegetables. If you’re eating salad, be sure to chew a mouthful until it’s a watery consistency and then swallow (explained in the video.)
- Eat organic as often as possible to avoid those toxic chemicals and keep the body clean.
- Exercise a few times a week and build up a sweat.
- Get fresh air and real sunlight (without sunscreen please.)
- But ABOVE all this – Replace your toxic thoughts and feelings about yourself. Build self-confidence and self-esteem. No one can give it to you. You have it inside you already. When you have that you naturally make it a priority to take care of yourself and then you can just simply drop out of the antibiotics era.
Just like I have, like my family has.

We cannot afford to wait for MDs to catch up! I have to become the advocate the activist doctor because no one else is ready to step in. With the tragic murder-suicide of McCann Utu Jr due to inept “management” of his Post Concussion Syndrome, it is paramount that we must do things differently. No more lives so needlessly lost!
