Anger and frustration crop up because of the feeling of helplessness. Sudden changes put you off guard. It’s natural to have some sort of reaction. However, it’s not good for you when you hold on to sudden quick changes and turn them into grudges and resentments that cloud your judgment for days, weeks, years, and decades later!
Here’s some important Chinese medical anatomy. We don’t look at the body just in its various parts, as organs. We look at everything being connected and what their functions truly are. Because there’s plenty of proof, even in modern medicine that there are connections between your emotional state and your physical state.
Anger and frustration dominate the mental state in people’s minds in North America and other parts of the world.
Watch the video to find out what can happen to you:
Here are some highlights.
- Anger is a very powerful emotion.
- Anger affects the Liver functionally. Many people, such as in the examples I given in the video, experienced some typical issues. For example: a dark red face, upset digestion (acid regurgitation), explosive and potentially destructive angry episodes, problems in the legs that makes walking more difficult, cancer scares, etc.
- The very worse part about holding anger and frustration is that it can be due to holding onto grudges and resentments. The longer you do that, the worse you make yourself feel. Because you feel like a victim!
And victims ALWAYS feel helpless.
That’s not true. You are NEVER truly helpless but when you accept this state of mind, you attract situations that make you feel worse. OR you can stop the cycle and break out of the hypnotic familiarity of your situation.
Holding grudges makes you feel justified that someone else is responsible for your “bad luck.” Holding a grudge means that you’re blaming and complaining. They only reinforce your chronic mental/emotional state. They only keep your stuck. This is a blocked state of being. Do you like that feeling?
The Liver is responsible for spreading the energy in your body around to the rest of it so that you can live a good life. You have mobility. You have energy to do the things you love. You also have the energy to make changes.
And by the way, when anger is turned inward and repressed, it becomes depression. Depression is very certainly a form of blocked state of being. And again, you likely have physical issues too. Where there is no joy, there is always depression. And again, you are a victim.
You can best your depression. For any change to be made, you must make a decision.
Ill health, injury, concussion, etc are ALWAYS signs of energy blockages.
In two weeks I’ll give you some tools and strategies to dissipate anger and frustration. Until then, become aware of what you’re thinking and feeling. You have control!

We cannot afford to wait for MDs to catch up! I have to become the advocate the activist doctor because no one else is ready to step in. With the tragic murder-suicide of McCann Utu Jr due to inept “management” of his Post Concussion Syndrome, it is paramount that we must do things differently. No more lives so needlessly lost!
