In this video you’re also going to find out why fats are so important for the brain, and it’s not just plant-based fats you should be eating for brain fuel. Your brain is mostly fat. It’s been proven that even saturated fats are good for you in reasonable amounts.
Small portions of red meat for men might be 4 – 6 oz, while for women the portions would be 2 – 4 oz. For some people you would need it daily (Blood Type Os and Bs). For others just once or twice a week (Blood Type As).
