Chinese Medicine theme about Spring and the season of the Liver continues. Life is all about energy. If you are feeling sluggish or restless this time of the year, you want something to change. BUT it’s a kind of change that has to come from within you.
ARE YOU WILLING?
Your Liver wants to move energy to prepare you for a more vibrant, active lifestyle. You control your environment; both internally and externally. Energy in you must be renewed.
Let go of the old to allow new into your life.
Here’s what you MUST change right now for better health & success.
Energize by getting rid of stuff that you tolerate.
You control your environment. This includes your home and everything in it, your job, business, office you work in, people in your life.
Are there things long outlived their usefulness that you’re keeping because you THINK you might need in future but have held onto for decades?
Are there items in your home you dislike to see?
Relationships that are either toxic or poisonous to you?
Do you love what you do or is it just a way to make money?
I’m saying that you should sweep away whatever you don’t like.
Give it away. Leave it. Move.
All things and relationships have an energy attached to them.
If you feel drained & not energized by their presence, you’re hanging onto a past that is no longer you.
Your clothes; are they wearing you?
Or is it an old you that doesn’t exist any more?
Be brutal with being rid of them. Keeping old things or old relationships keeps you stuck.
Are you brave enough to make changes you need to enable you to move forward?
When done your Spring cleaning, you’ll feel patient and peaceful with your Liver energy moving again freely.
Feel Lighter. Both mind and body will thank you.
Next week I have some new things happening. Stay tuned for an announcement next Wednesday afternoon!
