You can cure the common cold or flu fast. It’s a lot easier than you’ve been led to believe. And it’s actually REALLY simple to prevent them too, if you know how and I’ll talk about that in a future video. But today, here’s what to do when you found you’ve got one coming….

So the main points in here are this:

  1. Mindset and emotional state: don’t get upset or panic. A cold or flu is just another temporary circumstance that you can overcome.  So stay calm. I know that they seem to arrive sometimes at the worst times, but we’ll examine the reasons why in a future video.
  2. Your body doesn’t like the material you’re putting into it (and same for any toxic thoughts and corresponding emotional state) so it is detoxifying for you.  A cold or flu is really about cleaning you out. Nothing more, nothing less.
  3. Your cold or flu wants to slow you down.  It wants you to contemplate what you’re doing with your life right now.
  4. Here are tips to cure the common cold or flu
  5. Dried elderberry flower tea is the best all around remedy for colds and flus that are helpful for all blood types. A little goes a long way so add 1 teaspoon of the flowers into 2 cups of boiled hot water and allow to steep for minimum 15 minutes. Drink it up. You may repeat later in the day.
  6. I show you a couple of acupuncture points that go straight to the head and face in the video. Rub those often.

A couple of things that I didn’t mention in this video are:

Old fashioned Vicks Vapor Rub on back, chest, throat, and under the nose. Drinks lots of real fresh lemon juice in hot boiled water with some honey. And just in case you didn’t get the hint: avoid all desserts and sweet foods and stick to protein and vegetables for the time being.

But the main thing to do – don’t get upset or stressed out because stress will only make things worse and prolong your suffering. This is no different from what I told you back in the video about healing your sprained ankle fast

Take things in stride, because life is totally unpredictable (EXCEPT what you’re thinking, feeling and doing), just like the episode I talk about in today’s video about our cat, Kitty! Adapt and cure the common cold fast!
