Wow. This Seahawks fan is very upset. If you haven’t seen the letter, here it is.
I can understand when someone gets upset when their favourite team loses. I get that. I get that way sometimes too. But here’s one Canadian’s perspective about the uproar:
I can understand how that Seahawks fan might lash out. She wants to be at the Super Bowl. But if her team didn’t play well enough to win, then they probably didn’t deserve to move forward in the playoffs.
Up here in Canada, we have similar complaints about a young hockey player. His name is P.K. Subban. And he is a superstar. He celebrates every goal he scores like it’s his first one. Why not? Why not celebrate and be happy. Other people don’t like it. Well. he’s not them and obviously they won’t allow themselves to be like him.
Toxicity. I’d rather associate myself with the likes of Cam Newton or PK Subban. Their enthusiasm and zest for life are infectious. I love watching them express themselves.
If you’re happy, you got the right brain chemicals to keep it and the rest of your body healthy. No one ever achieves anything because they’re cynical, pessimistic or negative. Period.
And that Seahawks fan – she’ll get over it!
