A new you is in your future. Do you ever think about what you’re going to be like this New Year ? Will you really be the same person that you were Last Year? You’re not the same person as you were yesterday because of the decisions you’ve made today. Think about it.
Change isn’t hard. Unless you resist it.
Observe nature. Let it be your guide to dealing with change because this will be the key to less stress and more sanity, more clarity and more health.

I know change is hard for most people. It doesn’t come easy. I understand. It’s the same for me. I get caught off guard too. But I discovered something incredible recently by studying a text called Hunyuan Xinfa – the Lost Heart of Medicine. It is a gem.
What’s even more incredible is that it echoes and strengthens the teachings of two other books that I’ve been studying since 2014. They are A Course in Miracles and Grow Rich With Peace of Mind by Napoleon Hill, the last book he wrote in 1968. He acknowledged that it took him an entire lifetime before he was ready to write this final master piece. It’s different from his most famous book, Think and Grow Rich. His last book is the one you should be reading.
All three books contain ancient teaching that shows you the way to success without the burnout, without the worry and the self-doubt.
They show you the true virtue and motivation for doing good for yourself and others.
I’ve often thought that if you find something said by three very different sources, then it must be true. Each of these books guides you to peace of mind, how to handle change. This is ultimately where no stress occurs. In this place, you’re able to catch yourself before you react. You catch yourself before acting hastily and emotionally in a negative way. It takes practice. But as you become more aware, you’ll catch yourself faster and remain cool and calm even in the worse situations.
That’s what I wish for you. Inner wisdom. Ancient wisdom. The benefits are more vibrant health. More self-confidence. More abundance. More joy. More satisfaction. A different state of mind. A truly positive emotional state.
Its time is now, in this New Year. Get at least one of these books a guide to your New You.
