“Hey, listening to your body is important!” How many times have you heard this before, as some wise person says to you, “Listen to your body.”
The problem with this statement is that paradoxically the body is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s only a tiny part of the solution to your physical problems. When you’re only looking at your body for clues, you’re already missing the big picture. You’ve become tunnel-visioned. You’re focused on the wrong thing.
That’s why modern medicine seems to have such a hard time solving problems and coming up with “cures”. They like to cut away parts of the body thinking that’s where the problem is. But the problem didn’t start there. It never did. Then the problem comes back. That’s not the desired result. Find out where your starting point must be.

This is only the first video about what’s more important to your over all health. First of all the mind-body connection exists.
The mind-body connection isn’t hard to prove at all. Even though most of your electro-biochemical reactions carry on without you thinking about them (like heartbeat, breathing, digestion), there are many times, throughout the day when you’ve activated something yourself. Modern science has already proved this, but they don’t understand the implications and unfortunately, most won’t for a very long time! And that’s why you’re sicker or injured longer than YOU want to be!
Here’s something you might not be aware of, or maybe you’ve heard it several times but weren’t very conscious of its meaning: your thoughts are neutral until you apply an emotion to it. That’s what you have to pay attention to.
We’ll be talking lots more about that in the future. In the meantime, let the aforementioned single thought sink in. It could be the answer to the many mysteries in life you’ve had to deal with.
So first, stop listening to your body! At least stop ONLY listening to it. There’s a lot more to medicine and healing than what you see and feel in your body. It’s time to up the healing game because it’s going to mean the difference between enjoying life again or continuing to enjoy life on your own terms.
