Everyone has had that bloated feeling after meals. Your clothes feel tight. Your stomach area feels tight and uncomfortable. You don’t like it.
I got a couple of easy tips for you to help you avoid that “yucky” bloated feeling.

Hope you enjoyed all the tips I had for you in this video.

Do this too: drink only about 30 minutes before meals or after you’re done eating. Sip. And also choose easily digestible meals. If you like a buffet at every meal, you’re asking for bloated pain. Try to keep meals down to one protein, one carbohydrate surrounded by a lot of greens and other vegetables. Or eat just one food from two food groups, like a protein with lots of greens and other vegetables or a carbohydrate like grains (rice, quinoa, millet, etc) with also lots of greens and vegetables. That’s it.

Benefits: Your waistline will be thinner and your tummy will feel less or no pain. You may even suffer from less or no acid regurgitation!

Have an AWESOME day until next time!
