This is another way to figure out how comfortable you are in your body. Because you have to like yourself and respect yourself first before you will take the necessary steps to make sure you really are as healthy as you can be.
How many of these traits do you have:
You’re at a normal weight.
You have a discernible waistline.
Your complexion is clear and bright with some color.
Your eyes shine bright and with life.
You walk easily.
You have mobility in all of your joints without pain.
Your digestion is great.
You feel good most of the time about your life.
You feel ambitious.
You want more.
You keep striving to be more and to do more.
This is a very short list but they’re important nonetheless.
If you really do feel comfortable in your own skin, then you have these traits and you jealously safe guard them because you choose the right habits to keep healthy. These traits show that you care about yourself. They show that you’ve got stress levels under your control. It shows you’ve got your brain and your life under your control.
That’s the bottom line, isn’t it?
