First, don’t believe everything the common press tells you or writes about.
Why? Because the more you hear them chirping and heralding the symptoms of a tough menopause, guess what? You start believing it. When you believe something, it happens.
This is what happens. North American women are bombarded with the bad news of menopause. So much so, that the medical authorities come up these treatments for you, that don’t actually get to the root cause of the problem and as you know, their so-called remedies can actually cause you more harm. AKA hormone therapy.
They didn’t do enough testing on humans (sigh). So much for evidence based medicine.
Menopause is a natural process. And you can go through it the hard way or the soft way.
So don’t believe what they tell you, first, so that it doesn’t become a habit of thought. Especially when you merely ACCEPT their authority WITHOUT investigating it for yourself. That’s especially dangerous if you’re considering going the pharmaceutical route to treat a problem.
It never made any sense to me to keep having periods long into one’s 50s, 60s, and even 70s! I’m just about at the end of my menopause and I’ve HAD NONE of the symptoms. No, my menopause is going away with much joy and anticipation to new found FREEDOM!
So choose. I’ll tell you what to do starting tomorrow.
