In order to correct the physical problems, you have to correct the way you feel.
The first VERY IMPORTANT lesson is this: You are responsible for your emotional state, no matter what it is. You choose how to feel in any given moment.
No one makes you feel the way you do.
So there are several different negative emotions that can affect your menstrual cycle. It won’t happen to every woman because it depends on whether you were born with this particular constitutional weakness. So, other people with the same chronic negative emotional patterns will have other problems.
Anger, frustration, and resentment in particular create problems with large blood clots and menstrual pain as well as sore breasts and tightness in the rib cage. It can also affect fertility.
Whenever you feel these emotions, you often feel that you cannot control something. Well, you’re right.
The second VERY IMPORTANT lesson here, is that you have control only over yourself – your thoughts, feeling, emotions, decisions, actions, and results.
You have no control over other people, situations, etc, outside of you. The more you try to control, the worse you feel. Remember it’s feeling this way for prolonged periods of time, that creates disease. Whatever it is, you won’t like it.So here’s what to do: list the things that you’re angry or frustrated about. Now, look at each one and decide whether you really do have control over it.
If it involves other people, for example, and you want to force them to do something, well, that’s not under your control. And if you can do something about it, why haven’t you and get it off your list! Take action on those immediately.Be honest with yourself. People often wonder why they feel angry, but they don’t take the time to actually examine their lives closely.
