As discussed yesterday, one of the things you need to do is to learn how to meditate. You don’t have to force yourself to quiet your mind, just go about it gently.

Slow your self right down. Take a few minutes. Refrain from beating your self up over it. It’s not about perfection. Be gentle with yourself. It’s just one tool to do away with your negative feelings of fear, worry, anxiety.

But I truly believe that meditation by itself won’t work, unless you start incorporating other tools and strategies to actually take action on the things that really bother you!
