You know how much you want to lose, so now, think about why you want to lose it.
It’s a very personal thing. You need to give it some meaning. You need to know why you want to lose weight. Make it very specific too – the why.
Your reason or why must feel GOOD to you. It must uplift you and you must feel something positive like tingles or chills in YOUR body. Otherwise, you’re uninspired by the goal.
When you’re inspired, then you’ll be willing to make the changes AND take the actions that you need. Only then will you get what you want.
You’ve got to have the mindset and the feeling of self-worthiness first!
